Celestra Health Systems continued to gain commercial momentum during Q2 2026, as it transitions to a revenue-generating business. In the first six months of the year, the company secured more than $700,000 in customer contracts while building a sales pipeline exceeding $4 million. In April, the company launched its first external fundraising round, seeking $3 million to support growing customer demand and global expansion. Engagement with venture capital firms, angel investor groups, and friends-and-family investors is proceeding according to plan, with the financing round expected to close in Q3.
The company remains focused on advancing its FDA-designated Software as a Medical Device platform, which serves as a non-invasive digital biomarker for measuring clinically meaningful neurological change under real-world conditions. The platform is currently deployed by pharmaceutical companies and research institutions in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
During the quarter, the company showcased its technology at several major industry events. At the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) Annual Meeting in Chicago, the world’s largest neurology conference, attracting more than 20,000 neurologists, Celestra Health Systems presented two research collaborations. The first featured results from its U.S.-based Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) study with Sanofi, while the second highlighted its collaboration with the Technical University of Dresden in Germany.
Celestra Health Systems also participated in the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers Annual Meeting, where clinicians expressed significant interest in using the platform to objectively evaluate rehabilitation outcomes.
In June, the company earned a second-place finish at the Startup World Cup Ottawa regional competition, placing second among more than 90 technology startups from across the region.
Looking ahead, the Celestra Health Systems will continue to expand its global footprint as it extends its technology to adjacent neurological diseases. The company also plans to raise its global profile through participation in major neurological conferences this Fall.
